What we recover
Most people who come to us did not break any rule they know of. Their account was disabled overnight by an automated system, often after a wave of false reports or because it was linked to another flagged profile. This is by far the most common case we see, and one where a properly prepared case can still change the outcome. If that sounds like you, start with our page on an Instagram account disabled without a clear reason.
The cases we take on:
- Disabled and suspended accounts. Personal, creator and brand profiles removed by an automated decision, including those where the appeal has already been refused.
- Hacked accounts. Someone changed the email, phone number or password, and sometimes the account was disabled on top of that. See hacked Instagram account.
- Business profiles. Shops, clinics, salons and brands whose Instagram profile is their shop window. See Instagram business account disabled.
- Ad accounts and business portfolios. Ads switched off, a profile restricted from advertising, or a whole Business Manager disabled. See Meta ad account disabled.
- Facebook Pages. Pages restricted, unpublished or cut off from advertising. See Facebook Page restricted.
One decision often reaches several of these at once, because Meta treats linked accounts and assets together. We look at everything connected to the account, not only the one you noticed first.
What to try before you hire anyone
Some cases can be solved for free, and you should try that first:
- Screenshot the notice. Save the date and the exact wording. Appeal windows run from the date of the decision.
- Appeal from the notice itself. If the app offers an appeal, use it within the time it gives you. Keep it short and factual.
- For a hacked account, use the official route at instagram.com/hacked while you still control the email or phone number.
- For ads and Pages, open Account Quality in Meta Business Suite. It shows which asset is restricted and whether you can request a review.
- Do not open a new account or a new Business Manager to work around the ban. It can be treated as ban evasion and take down everything linked to you.
- Ignore anyone who messages you offering to unban the account. More on that below.
It is worth handing the case over when the free route has run out:
- the appeal was refused and you see “You cannot request another review of this decision.”,
- the appeal window has passed or there is no appeal option at all,
- the ban has spread to Facebook, the ad account or the Page,
- the account earns money and you cannot afford weeks of trial and error.
At that point the free assessment costs you nothing and tells you whether the case is worth paying for.
Why a registered company beats a stranger in your DMs
Within hours of a ban, the messages start: “recovery experts”, “Meta insiders”, accounts with thousands of followers promising a fix by tomorrow. Most of them are scams. They ask for your password, your login codes or a payment in crypto, then disappear, or take the account for themselves.
Here is what you get with us instead:
- A company you can check. naSpotted sp. z o.o., registered in Warsaw under KRS 0001255909. The name, address and registration details are in the footer of every page.
- A written contract before any work, and a VAT invoice for every payment.
- No passwords, ever. We never ask for your password or login codes. Only you log in, from your own device.
- We never work without a contract. If someone claims to be RESCUNO and asks for your password, codes or payment without one, it is not us.
- Honest odds up front. Not every case can be won, and we say so before the contract. If the account really broke the rules, we tell you straight away.
Anyone who claims a private line into Meta is telling you what you want to hear. We do careful, documented work, and we put our name to it.
How we run your case
Free assessment
You describe the case and send screenshots of the notices. We check what happened and what the real odds are. It costs you nothing.
Quote and contract
After the assessment we quote your case, always before any work starts. You sign a contract with a registered Polish company and receive a VAT invoice.
We run the case
We work several routes at once, chosen for your situation. You always know what is happening. Only you log in to the account.
Lock it down
After recovery we secure the account so it does not happen again, and show you the RESCUNO app that watches it every day.
What it costs
Every case is quoted individually, after the free assessment. A personal account is not priced like a business profile, a Page or an ad account with a budget.
You pay 50% to start and 50% after recovery. The first half pays for the work, not the result. What happens to it if the account cannot be recovered is written into the contract before you pay anything.
You know the amount before we start. It never changes mid-case.
What we do not promise
- We have no special line into Meta. We use the routes available to account owners, and we use them properly, quickly and with evidence.
- Accounts banned for real violations usually cannot be recovered. We tell you in the free assessment, not after payment.
- We do not guarantee the outcome. The contract covers diligent handling of your case.
- We never ask for your Instagram or Facebook password. Anyone who does is a scammer.
Frequently asked questions
Is it worth paying someone to recover an Instagram account?
If the account brings in customers, sales or brand deals, often yes, because every week offline costs more than the case. If the free appeal still has a chance, try it first. The free assessment tells you plainly whether paying makes sense at all.
Can you recover any account?
No. Accounts disabled for genuine rule breaches usually cannot be recovered, and some automated decisions will not be reversed either. Not every case can be won, and we say so before the contract, not after you pay.
Do you need my password?
No. We never ask for your password or login codes. Only you log in, from your own device.
Do you work with businesses and creators in the UK?
Yes. We work remotely and in English. The contract and the VAT invoice come from our registered Polish company, naSpotted sp. z o.o.
How long does recovery take?
It depends on what happened to the account, what has already been tried and how many linked assets are affected. We give you a realistic timeframe after the free assessment, before you pay anything.
