To be honest: no app can guarantee Meta will never disable an account, or that it comes back. Protection lowers the risk, and if something happens a person runs the case. For comparison: Meta’s paid verification gives you a support chat, but nobody runs the recovery for you. RESCUNO is not affiliated with Meta.

Questions
Do I give you my password?
No. We never ask for a password or login codes, in the app or in a conversation. Anyone who asks is a scammer.
Is this an Instagram or Meta app?
No. RESCUNO is an independent Polish company, not affiliated with Meta.
Who am I talking to in the chat?
An AI assistant answers first and is always labelled as one. When a case is hard or you ask for a person, someone from RESCUNO takes over and the app shows the time they will reply by.
How do I cancel?
In iPhone Settings: Apple ID, Subscriptions, RESCUNO. Protection runs until the end of the paid period.
