A company, not an anonymous profile
RESCUNO is a brand of naSpotted sp. z o.o., registered in Warsaw, Poland, al. Jana Pawła II 43A/37B, in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001255909, tax ID (NIP) 5273228667.
We handle disabled, suspended and hacked Instagram and Facebook accounts, Meta ad accounts and Facebook Pages. Every case runs under a written contract, and we issue a VAT invoice.
How we work
- We start with a free assessment and tell you plainly whether the case can be won, before you pay anything.
- You get the quote before any work starts. You pay 50% to start and 50% after recovery.
- Only you log in to the account, from your own device. We never ask for your password.
- We work in English and in Polish, remotely, including for accounts run from the UK and elsewhere.
- After recovery we secure the account and show you the RESCUNO app that watches it every day.
What we are not
RESCUNO is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. We have no special line into Meta and we do not pretend to. We use the routes available to account owners, and we use them properly, quickly and with evidence.
We only work under a contract signed with our company. If someone claims to be RESCUNO and asks for your password, login codes or payment without a contract, it is not us.
