Privacy policy

Data controller

The controller of personal data is naSpotted spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, al. Jana Pawła II 43A/37B, 01-001 Warszawa, Poland, KRS 0001255909, NIP 5273228667. For data protection matters contact us at kontakt@rescuno.com, or by phone or WhatsApp on +48 532 297 509.

Visiting the site

Pages under /pl/ and /en/ use no cookies, contain no forms and load no advertising scripts. We count visits with our own self-hosted statistics tool (Umami): no cookies, no stored IP addresses and no tracking across other sites. We only see aggregate data such as the number of visits, pages viewed and where visitors came from. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, your visit is not counted. Fonts are served from our own server.

The hosting server keeps standard technical logs of each connection: IP address, date and time, the page visited and the browser type. We do this to keep the site working and secure, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept by the hosting provider for the period set by its security rules.

The app home page at rescuno.com loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google.

Contacting us by WhatsApp, phone or email

When you message, call or email us, we process the data you give us: your phone number, name, the content of your message and any screenshots. We use it to assess your case, reply and prepare a quote (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and once a contract is signed, to perform it and keep the records the law requires (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, which processes data under its own privacy policy.

We keep correspondence for as long as the case runs, and afterwards for the limitation period for claims and the period required by tax law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

We do not make automated decisions about you and do not profile you.
